A Shout Out to the Medical Teams

We've seen the photos of their bruised faces. We have read their pleas for masks and protective gear. We hear their requests for people to take this virus seriously. Our hearts break for them as they leave their families to go care for others. So what can we do?

So many people & companies are figuring out ways to help. Some can do really big things like convert their operation from manufacturing cars to manufacturing ventilators (thank you Ford & GE click here for the story). Some can do smaller things like sending notes of thanks to medical teams. The point is that we all can do something. Even if it's just to like a social media post from an exhausted nurse, everything big and small adds up.

Below are some examples of how people are coming together to show support for the medical teams of the world.

- The residents of Vancouver cheer for medical teams at shift changes - click here

- Fashion designers are making masks for medical professionals - click here

- People who know how to sew are making masks to donate to medical teams - click here

- Adults and kids are writing letters, making signs, and crafting cards to send to medical professionals.

Have you heard of other ways people are helping spread joy to medical professionals?
