Business Books That Inspire

Whenever anyone happens to mention a business book that they loved, I immediately put it on a running list of "books to read" in the Notes on my phone. Below are the books currently on my list. Some of these I finished, some I started and stopped, some are still yet to be opened but all were recommended over the years by various leaders, speakers, peers, etc.

  • 21 Irrefutable Laws of Leadership by John C. Maxwell

  • Essentialism: The Disciplined Pursuit of Less by Greg McKeown

  • Good to Great: Why Some Companies Make the Leap...And Others Don't by Jim Collins

  • Hug Your Customers: The Proven Way to Personalize Sales and Achieve Astounding Results by Jack Mitchell

  • Mad Genius: A Manifesto for Entrepreneurs by Randy Gage

  • Radical Candor by Kim Scott

  • The Compound Effect: Multiply Your Success One Simple Step at a Time by Darren Hardy

  • The Five Dysfunctions of a Team by Patrick Lencioni

  • The Innovators: How a Group of Hackers, Geniuses, and Geeks Created the Digital Revolution by Walter Isaacson

  • The ONE Thing: The Surprisingly Simple Truth Behind Extraordinary Results by Gary Keller

  • Woman on Top: Lead Like a Lady Boss by Angela L. Hosking

Have you read any of these books? What did you think? Any other books we should add to this list? Let us know!
