- There are a bunch of online platforms for connecting and there's always FaceTime too but the J.Elm team just tried https://zoom.us/ and it worked great. Super easy to use and they have a free option for meetings up to 40 minutes.
- Cocktails, mocktails, coffee, etc. It doesn't matter what you are drinking just set aside some time to connect, catch up, and vent.
- Don't overthink it. Your friends/family don't care if your house is a mess, if you are on day 3 of rocking the same yoga pants, or if your dog is barking in the background. Don't stress and just enjoy some laughter. We all need it.
