"Zoom" has become a verb, noun, and adjective for all of us. It is now a huge part of our work, school, family, and social lives. If we are going to be Zooming through our meetings & gatherings let's do it with some pizzazz right?
Sure you can use the stock backgrounds Zoom has available but that's not very creative.
If you are representing your business during a Zoom meeting you can create a custom background with your logo. See below...impressive right?

Or change it up and have some fun with that background. I'm feeling a little bummed today that a trip to Chicago I had planned for April was cancelled. I LOVE Chicago. It is one of my favorite places. I love the public art and the museums and the park... so I decided tonight's Zoom background would include a shout out to one of my fav cities. Have you been to The Bean? It's actually called Cloud Gate but everyone calls it The Bean. It's in Millennium Park and it is so oddly beautiful. My last trip there I walked over at night by myself (which was a new thing for me at the time) and I sat on the steps and just stared at the city's reflection. Chicago holds a special place in my heart.
And The Bean is a cool place to put the J.Elm chameleon too...

You too can create custom Zoom backgrounds! You can upload photos from your computer, create something fun in Photoshop or InDesign or Canva or whatever you like to use. Not tech savvy? No problem. Shoot me an email and a J.Elm team member can help you out - Julia@JElmSolutions.com. If we have to connect through a computer screen, we might as well have a little fun with it!

*If you have a green screen those work great for displaying these (I have budding YouTube stars for kids so I happen to have one.) Just don't wear green if you use a green screen, unless you are going for the floating head look...
But, if you don't, a wall in the background also works for displaying these during a Zoom call.
