¼ cup of Old Fashioned oats
1 banana
Peanut butter
Goji berries
Black chia seeds
Ground flax seeds
Hemp seeds
Cinnamon
Start by getting a small pot and put enough water in it to just cover the bottom with maybe half an inch of water. I don’t like my oatmeal to be very runny or watery so I use a little bit less but if you want to use more you absolutely can. Bring the water to a slight boil. Add oats.
Mash half of a banana and add it to the oats and stir until you get the consistency you like. The more banana you use the sweeter it will be!
Add all the good stuff! I personally really like adding all the seeds because it gives the oatmeal a little bit of texture. The peanut butter is also super tasty and acts as a good source of protein. Cut up the rest of the banana and add it to your bowl. Something else that goes great with this is blueberries. I use cinnamon to tone down the sweetness of all the fruit and seeds.
